how to book

Course Booking/Reservation
In order to book for guide training courses:
 - Complete registration documents and send to our admin.
 - 50 % deposit to be paid 90 days before course commencement date to secure booking.
 - Full cost to be paid 60 days before course commencement date.
COURSE MINIMUM = 4 students must be booked in order to run the course as per dates.
The normal rate applies as advertised from 4 to 7 students.
* If only 3 students, then a 18% charge per person will be added.
* if only 2 students, then a 25% charge per person will be added.

Medical Aid Support = Okavango Air Rescue
We suggest that all candidates on our courses join Okavango Air Rescue during their time with us on course, or in northern Botswana. The group offers fantastic service and is very affordable.
One can simply join at the Maun airport office = provide passport and pay the fee = P175-00 for expatriates and P150-00 for residents (subject to change)
